The November 2020 stats have just been released by the Windsor Essex County Association of Realtors and we are still seeing the strong sellers market continue, despite the challenges that we have faced with the covid-19 virus. The number of Listings was up 9.74% and Sales up 6.31% compared to this time last year. More sales and a very lower inventory results in multiple offers and higher sales prices. In November 2020 we saw the average residential sales price hit $420,007. This is an increase of 24.14% compared to the same month last year. Our Year-to-Date average residential sales price is at $408,095, and increase of 21.53%. The most popular style of home sold in November 2020 was the Bungalow with an average price of $326,325.
